Professor Dr. Nevin Makram Labib is a distinguished academic and international expert in artificial intelligence governance and digital transformation. She currently serves as Head of the Computer Science and Information Systems Department at the Sadat Academy for Administrative Sciences (SAMS). Dr. Nevin is also a Professor of Computer Science and Information Systems and the Vice President of the Egyptian Society for Information Systems and Computer Technology.

She holds prominent international leadership roles, including:

• Chair of the Global Working Group on Artificial Intelligence Governance and Digital Health, International Society for Telemedicine and eHealth (ISfTeH), Switzerland.
